Listing Your Home

Congratulations! You have made the right decision to sell your home yourself and save money. What are your next steps?

Simply decide whether you prefer to submit your FSBODayton.net listing online or by mail, then follow the directions below.

Submit Your Listing Online:

  1. See What’s Included In Your Listing.
  2. Review the FSBODayton.net Service Agreement.
  3. Set up your FSBODayton.net Account. (All subsequent steps follow automatically from this step.)
  4. Specify a telephone number and/or Home ID for your yard sign.
  5. Fill out property listing page and select services.
  6. Decide on a location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Please contact Ohio Utilities Protection Service (OUPS) at 800-362-2764 or www.oups.org to determine if any buried electrical or gas lines are present in your preferred location.
  7. Select a payment method (check or credit card).  If paying by check, your property will be listed on the website within seven days after your check is received.
  8. Create your listing and upload photos. (You may edit your listing 24/7.)

Submit Your Listing by Mail:

  1. See What’s Included In Your Listing.
  2. Review the FSBODayton.net Service Agreement.
  3. Set up your FSBODayton.net Account.
  4. Fill out and print the Property Listing Form.  Specify a telephone number or just Home ID for your yard sign.
  5. Send up to eight photos of your property. Send digital photos on a CD. Specify the main photo to represent your home, which will be used on the search results page (and in the Featured Property section of the home page if you choose this optional service).
  6. Decide on the location, free of underground utilities, where you want us to place your yard sign. Please contact Ohio Utilities Protection Service (OUPS) at 800-362-2764 or www.oups.org to determine if any buried electrical or gas lines are present in your preferred location.
  7. Select a payment method (check or credit card). If paying by check, your property will be listed on the website within seven days after your check is received. Make out a check, for the amount of the services ordered, to FSBODayton.net.
  8. Mail your check or credit card number and expiration date, photos and completed Property Listing Form to:
