Q. What kind of service is FSBODayton.net?
A. FSBODayton.net is a real estate marketing service. We are not real estate agents or brokers. We do not get involved with the sale or purchase of any properties.
Our goal is to help people buy and sell real estate for themselves. We are here to give you the tools to promote and sell (or buy) your own home. We simply provide you with tools and save you money!
Q. What do I get when I subscribe to your service?
A. You will receive a FSBODayton.net website listing for your home with as much space as you need to describe it. A standard listing includes as many as eight (8) photos of your home, and you can change your listing 24/7. You will also receive professional yard signs. FSBODayton.net will be doing local advertising and promotion of the site and you can use the FSBODayton.net header at no charge in your classified ads. Q. How much does it cost?
A. The standard FSBODayton.net package is available for a flat, one-time charge of $195.00 for three months. You may extend your home listing for just $10 a month after the initial three months.
Q. How long does it take before my listing becomes active?
A. That depends on your method of payment. If paying by credit card, you can complete your listing and upload photos immediately. Your listing will then be posted and available to the public as soon as possible, usually within one business day. Check or money order payments can take up to week to process once payment is received by FSBODayton.net.
Q. How long will my listing remain active?
A. The standard listing term is 3 months. You may extend your listing for $10 per month after the initial three months.
Q. My home has sold. How do I remove it from the site?
A. Congratulations on the sale of your home! To remove your listing, simply log in and change your property status to “SOLD.” You will also need to send an email to cancel@FSBODayton.net, and we will remove the listing for you. Also, please make sure that all signs are available in your yard for us to pick up.
Q. Can I make changes to my listing after it has posted?
A. Certainly! You can make any changes you like by logging in to your account at any time. You can change descriptions, change the photos you have uploaded or advertise upcoming open houses. You are in complete control of your listing. All changes are real-time and will appear immediately.
Q. Who owns the yard signs?
A. The yard signs are the property of FSBODayton.net. We will handle pickup and delivery, but you are responsible for any damage or theft of the yard signs. See our Service Agreement for more information.
